SANBORN HOME: FERNDALE

This is a collaboration between Father and son. Architect and Builder. Multi generational home built to last a century plus. There is more than meets the eye. The building details are designed to match the North Coast cold and wet climate: Radiant slab, Rain screen, zipped up tight but made to breathe lots of details go unseen but they matter the most for this coastal climate. 

Constructed as 3 separate residences under one roof: no space was wasted. 2,200 sq ft home 4 bed/ 3.5 bath, 440 sq ft Jr. ADU studio and 1 bedroom/bath ADU.
