We are a niche boutique Mom and Pop construction stop. Our core belief is to keep our overhead low so the the value in our services remain high. We don't have a team of employees, office staff, and fancy trucks and such. When you shake this snow globe and the dust settles what you see is the Sanborn Family: A husband and wife standing side by side and a Father whose mission is to serve and provide for three children through a honest means of living.
This all being said, James heralds from a design background. His Father is a retired bay area architect that has tutored his son in contemporary design. A style of architecture that balances modern design with timeless traditions from the past. To create a look that is simple, clean and endures the test of time.

CONCRETE
James is an experienced and trained concrete mason with vast experience in commercial and residential work. Able to self perform all aspects of finishing concrete foundations (stem walls and slabs), retaining walls, stairs, flatwork, down to curb and gutter.

NEW CONSTURCTION
We preform framing services for homes, ADU's and anything residential. Whether called upon to frame a roof, cut stairs, or erect
walls.
Happy to help in any part or all aspects of building from the ground up.
RESTORATION
We take on all sorts of restoration work from rot repair to remodeling. James has experience with structural concerns of foundations, removing bearing walls, adding engineered supports and tending to whatever and old home requires.
